A construction jobsite can be dangerous and contains hazards that can quickly injure or kill construction
workers. Due to the nature of construction work, these hazards are constantly changing as the construction
project enters and completes the various stages of construction. Known as the “Fatal Four” or the “Focus

Electrocution Hazards. All construction workers must be aware of these “Fatal Four Hazards” and follow the
safe work practices and procedures required to prevent construction related injuries and fatalities.
