1. To purchase a Program, you may place an order online via the shopping cart or contact our Internet Sales Department at (800) 278-2780.

2. Invoices & credit card receipts will be generated, processed and shipped with the product.

3. Should the credit card used to place an order be declined, we will not be able to ship any product until the issue is resolved. Should this be the case, our Accounting Department will contact you via the phone number you listed.

4. State sales tax will be added to Invoice for businesses located in California.

5. All Sales Are Final. If you wish to purchase a Program(s) that you have not viewed, we recommend that you take advantage of our Online Preview.

Rental Policy

1. Individual titles are available at a Monthly Rental Fee ($250 on most titles) which can be found on the product detail page.

2. Product will be due back at our office within ten (10) days from the expiration date listed on the Invoice. We require that you send back product via a traceable shipping service.

3. Should you require a custom rental program (i.e., multiple copies, multiple locations, leasing, etc.); please contact an Account Executive for pricing.

Shipping

1. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. A physical address will be required.

3. Signature required for orders shipped to a residential address. We recommend that you ship to your business address to ensure prompt delivery.

2. All prices are USD (United States Dollar) plus shipping and handling fees.

3. All titles available in VHS and DVD are produced in NTSC Format.

1. All videos and DVDs are copyrighted materials and duplication of their content or any portion thereof without written permission of the copyright holder or its authorized agent is strictly prohibited by Federal Law.

2. Programs purchased are not to be used for broadcast and/or Intranet / LAN / LMS / etc. purposes without written consent from American Training Resources. Please contact an Account Executive for details on purchasing the Limited Licensing Rights for individual Programs.

3. Programs may not be rented or resold without prior written permission.

4. Copyright infringement is investigated by the FBI and may constitute a felony, with a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
